NetID/Email
Every Texas State student will have an account in the university Active Directory for login, email, and file storage. Eligibility: All Texas State University students, faculty, and staff.
Linux and Web Server
This account is valid on the Linux machines in the computer science labs and for remote login into CS development servers through SSH. This account is also an account on the department's web server which can be accessed using http://cs.txstate.edu/~username/.
MySQL and Oracle Database
The CS department provides MySQL and Oracle database accounts to students enrolled in specific classes.
